POSITION TITLE: Executive

DEPARTMENT: Customer Care

PROCESS: Voice

LOCATION: Chennai,

POSITION OVERVIEW

The primary role of the Customer Care Officers is providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Theyre the front line of support for customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied.

  • Receive and handle inbound calls from customers / hospitals / agents / sales managers and branch managers, etc.
  • Record customers complaints & requests
  • When required support with outbound calls to customers/claimants.
  • Follow up certain customers/internal departments based on claims, requests end to end solution
  • Maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures complying with Standard Operational Procedure requirements
  • Remain aware and knowledgeable of competitive products and practices (Training would be imparted)
  • Meeting KPIs
  • Any other duties and special projects as directed by management in keeping with the employee s skills and experience

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Fresher/Experienced
  • Language Preferences
  • Hindi/English/Kannada/Malayalam [*any regional languages]
  • Any Degree [*Candidates with Arrears can also apply]

SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Active listening skills
  • Good communication
  • Basic level of computer literacy (MS Office Word & Excel)
  • Computer Skill
