Job Description

1) Fresher or Experience in Mediclaim processing (Accounts / Billing / Payment / Legal).

2) Honor the clients and ready to provide the best solution.

3)Handling customer queries and clarifying claims related.

4)Ensure safekeeping of the client records.

5)Responsible for handling problem of the clients in a highly professional manner.

6)A Medical Claims Processor is responsible for reviewing and processing healthcare insurance claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy terms.

7)Documents specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs, and records.

8)Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

9) Protects operations by keeping claims information confidential.

10) Maintains a good relationship with insurance departments.

Skills:-

Extensive knowledge of insurance-related policies and legislations
Proficient in analytical math
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Strong written communication skills
