As an Operational Support at our NGO, your main responsibility will be to assist in organizing and managing NGO programs, events, and community outreach activities. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations of the NGO. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining data related to beneficiaries, volunteers, and project reports. You will have to ensure accurate and up-to-date records are kept at all times. Communication and coordination are key aspects of this role. You will act as a point of contact between field teams, volunteers, and management, facilitating smooth interactions and information flow. Logistics and administration tasks will also fall under your purview. This will include handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and inventory management for NGO resources. Your organizational skills will be essential in ensuring efficient operations. Beneficiary support is another crucial part of this role. You will assist in addressing the needs of children or students enrolled in the programs, providing them with the necessary support and assistance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documentation and reporting. This will involve preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining compliance records to ensure that all activities are well-documented and aligned with organizational requirements. While prior experience is not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in social work is preferred for this position.
