Business Performance Channel Partner –

• Ensuring Channel Sales through registered channel partners
• Ensuring max revenue across projects during Launches Sustenance
• Monitor and improve the conversion ratio of walk-ins to bookings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective channel partner management.
• Revenue under Cross selling
  

Business Development – Channel Partner

• Developing and expanding the micro market through max reach out
• Enrolling and empanelling of new channel partners
• CPs engagement and development
• Competition Analysis
• New market updates
• Timely training & development of Channel Partners (Product, Process, Activation and Sustenance plans)
  

Business Hygiene

• Maintaining and sending imp sales reports (DAR, DSR, HWC, etc.)
• Attendance & Timings
• Maintaining grooming standards as per HR policies
  

Behavioural & Discipline

• Interpersonal Skills
• Relationship with peer group & superiors
  

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 6 Months to 1 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must have valid driving Licence & two wheeler licence.
