Recruiter Location: Pune Experience: 35 Years Preferred Age Group: 35–40 Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential affiliates and franchise partners, such as doctors, wellness coaches, community leaders, and senior citizen influencers in key urban markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and franchise partners, ensuring they are well-supported in representing client's services. • Provide training, support materials, and conduct regular review sessions to ensure affiliates and franchise partners maintain strong pipelines, represent the brand positively, and stay motivated. • Track affiliate performance and submit weekly reports to the Director of Sales, highlighting areas that require additional support or intervention. • Organize and conduct recruitment activities such as meetups, information sessions, and local events to drive affiliate and franchise engagement. • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging, campaign strategies, lead management processes, and affiliate development efforts. Ideal Candidate Profile • Age: 35–40 years • Location: Based in Pune or willing to relocate • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, partnerships, channel development, business development, healthcare, insurance, or service-based sectors • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Skills: o Well-spoken, confident, and able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences o Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset o Prior experience in affiliate marketing or managing partners is an advantage o Empathy and sensitivity toward elder care will be valued A few points to be noted: 1. We prefer a female candidate for the role. There is a variable comp. involved which is 1% of each deal that comes in from the Affiliates/Franchise Partners that they have recruited.
