Job Description

As an Executive - Operations at our Jaipur office, your role will involve providing professional customer service via chats/calls, handling customer queries, and managing and maintaining clients. You will be responsible for meeting customer expectations, building relationships with client accounts, and answering servicing questions. Additionally, you will need to provide prompt solutions for queries, maintain quality in calls, and handle operations based on customers" requests. Key Responsibilities: - Support and provide customer service via chats/calls - Handling customer queries - Managing and maintaining clients - Building relationships with client accounts for repeat business - Answering servicing questions - Providing prompt solutions for queries - Maintaining call quality throughout the day - Handling operations based on customers" requests - Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions - Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated authority - Addition of new clients and retention of existing clients - Making reports on Excel, working on portals, and Google sheets - Taking orders and creating invoices for finalized ones Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate - Workplace flexibility for part or full-time with shift flexibility requirements - Prior international call center experience for graduates or undergraduates from a recognized university - Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a Windows environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Analytical mind and attention to detail - Knowledge of Amex card products preferred - Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, and resourcefulness In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver extraordinary care to a wide range of customers, build meaningful relationships through consultative questioning, enhance customer experience by offering products based on their needs, negotiate positive outcomes, meet quality goals and compliance regulations, document necessary information, and adapt to the ever-changing environment.
