Executive - Business SHEQ

Role Overview: As the South Asia Business EHS&Q Lead/Executive, you will be responsible for managing Safety, Health, Environment & Quality activities within the region. Your role will involve overseeing product stewardship activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, managing licenses and documents, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will support key projects, provide training, and drive continuous improvement in SHE&Q processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage product stewardship activities related to SHE&Q compliance - Monitor and ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met - Plan and implement QMS & audits - Maintain internal audit planner and prepare audit reports - Drive closure of corrective and preventative actions - Support projects related to M&A with respect to Product Stewardship/SHE requirements - Manage certification and license management - Share regulatory updates across APAC region - Conduct training programs and promote awareness to ensure zero incidents - Ensure timely and accurate release of SHE&Q reports - Coordinate with APAC team members for sharing updates - Publish dashboard and metrics for SHE&Q activities - Publish Environment & Sustainability reports including CSR reports - Support projects with regards to Product Stewardship/SHE requirements - Lead and drive continuous improvement in SHE&Q processes Qualifications: - B.Sc Graduate (M.Sc or MBA preferred) - Certification in EHS or Supply chain would be an added advantage Additional Details: The company values expertise in EHS, quality auditing practices, supply chain, and sustainability at a regional level. Experience in leading or participating in EHS projects, conducting training programs, and implementing corrective action plans is highly preferred. Good communication, interpersonal, and networking skills are essential, along with being self-motivated and proactive. Proficiency in computer skills and ERP tools is required for this role.,
