Executive - Business SHEQ

Role Overview: As the South Asia Business EHS&Q Lead/Executive, you will be the primary contact for Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHE&Q) activities. Your responsibilities will include managing product stewardship activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and providing necessary training to team members. You will collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, suppliers, and APAC team members to support key projects in SHE&Q. Key Responsibilities: - Manage product stewardship activities related to SHE&Q compliance - Monitor and ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including documentation, data collection, validation, and submission - Plan and implement QMS & Audit, maintain the internal audit planner, and prepare audit reports with corrective action plans - Drive closure of corrective and preventative actions - Support projects related to M&A with regards to Product Stewardship/SHE requirements - Manage Certification and License management for ISO, FSSAI, FDA, RSPO, EPR, etc. - Share regulatory updates across the APAC region on EHS, ESG, Sustainability & GHS topics - Conduct SHE&Q programs, training, and awareness sessions across offices, warehouses, and labs - Ensure timely release and update of SHE&Q reports and support communication efforts - Co-ordinate with APAC team members for sharing updates and publishing dashboard and metrics for SHE&Q activities - Lead continuous improvement in SHE&Q processes Qualifications Required: - B.Sc Graduate (M.Sc or MBA preferred) - Certification in EHS or Supply chain would be an added advantage Additional Company Details (if any): This role requires 3-5 years of work experience in Product Stewardship/EHS activities in a reputable organization. Experience or knowledge in EHS & quality auditing practices, Supply Chain, EHS & Sustainability at the regional level, and conducting training programs on SHE&Q topics are preferred. Expertise in root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans is also valuable. Good communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, along with proficiency in computer tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any ERP systems, are essential for success in this role.,
