Job description The Executive - Business Acquisition will be responsible for driving lead generation and outbound sales efforts to acquire new clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential business opportunities and effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective clients. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients. Engage in cold calling to establish initial contact with prospects. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication. Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and outcomes. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote services. Qualifications and Requirements 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in reporting and data analysis. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Key Competencies Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
