Executive Back Office & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all back-office and customer service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 14 years of experience in back-office operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
