Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for an Executive Assistant with AI knowledge at Feedope Media. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks include coordinating schedules, handling communication, and performing general administrative assistance to support executive functions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support
• Experience in managing Expense Reports
• Strong Executive Support and Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in AI tools and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience with Office Equipment management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and office software
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
