Executive Assistant To The Founder

Job Summary: The Assistant to the Founder’s Office plays a key role in providing strategic, administrative, and operational support directly to the Founder. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. The role involves coordination across departments, assisting in strategic initiatives, preparing reports, managing communication, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, travel, and meetings efficiently. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and reviews. Follow up on key action items and ensure timely execution across departments. Assist in strategic projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the Founder. Draft and review emails, proposals, and documents on behalf of the Founder. Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams for updates and execution. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support in business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Represent the Founder’s Office in meetings when required and summarize discussions.  Using AI in day to day work strategic planning to suggest founder to work in this sector as well for the growth.
