Executive Assistant to the Founder

Role Overview: You will be the highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant supporting the Founder to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact and operational support for the Founder. - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently. - Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables promptly. - Oversee and streamline daily office operations for a productive workspace. - Coordinate all departments, including logistics, transportation, production, and finance. - Support the execution of company-wide initiatives and special projects as directed. - Act as a liaison between the Founders and internal teams to ensure clear communication and aligned priorities. - Track team deliverables, follow up to ensure project schedules are met, and assist in onboarding processes. - Assist with research, documentation, and presentation preparation for meetings. - Identify areas for process improvement to drive operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Masters degree or an MBA ideally with a focus in Operations, Business Management, or a related field. - Experience in operations, project management, or executive support is highly preferred.
