Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Administration

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Client & Business Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with key clients to strengthen and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare impactful client proposals, sponsorship decks, and other business documents.
  • Liaise with the Sales team to facilitate release orders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Strategy, Research & Analysis

  • Develop brand integration strategies and ideate new business opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
  • Conduct regular market research, track competitor activities, and monitor client revenue on a national level.
  • Coordinate with National and Regional teams to prepare data analysis reports highlighting region- and channel-wise performance.
  • Maintain projection/target data and prepare analytical reports for management reviews.
  • Capture and document Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and prepare status reports for follow-ups.

PR, Marketing & Digital Integration

  • Support and manage PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and corporate reputation.
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Digital Marketing teams to align PR initiatives with online communication strategies.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite for data analysis and optimization of campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, business strategy, or marketing/PR coordination.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
