Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Travel Desk cum Executive Assistant. This position requires a dynamic professional who can efficiently manage travel arrangements while providing comprehensive executive support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Travel Coordination:
· Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
· Manage itineraries, ensuring optimal schedules and seamless travel experiences.
· Monitor travel expenses and reconcile reports.
2. Executive Assistance:
· Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
· Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
3. Communication:
· Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
· Facilitate communication within the organization and with external partners.
4. Office Management:
· Oversee the organization and maintenance of the executive office.
· Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement.
5. Event Coordination:
· Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings.
· Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
