Executive Assistant to MD

As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD) in our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination between the MD and various divisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating executive communications such as taking calls, responding to emails, managing work calendar, and interacting with business stakeholders. - Ensuring the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across different divisions and providing regular reports based on data points. - Managing scheduling, preparing minutes of meetings, fixing appointments, and organizing travel itineraries. - Representing the MD by traveling to network offices to achieve specific goals. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Assistant directly reporting to senior management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to adapt to organization-specific software. - Strong collaborative and delegation skills. - Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive professional attitude. Your remuneration will be based on your previous experience, with no salary constraints for the right candidate.
