Executive Assistant to MD

Hi,

We are looking for an executive assistant for a reputed company located in Thaltej.

The description of the profile is as follows:-

Core responsibilities

• Calendar and schedule management: Organize and manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. Screen and direct communications and act as a point of contact.
• Travel coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, and create detailed travel itineraries.
• Document and information management: Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Meeting and event coordination: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including booking rooms and ordering refreshments.
• Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing expense reports, filing, and taking notes at meetings.
• Special projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
• Soft skills: Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Education: A high school diploma is typically required, though a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
