Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the MD, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the MD’s diary, scheduling meetings, organizing travel plans, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The role entails close collaboration with the MD and other team members to ensure smooth operations and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Diary Management skills
Executive Support and Communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Prior experience as an executive or administrative assistant is a plus
