Job Title: Executive Assistant (Work from Office) Job Summary: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes. Handle confidential information with discretion. Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive. Track expenses and prepare reimbursement reports. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, calendar tools). Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
