Job Description

  • Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments and calendars for executives or managers.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages and route calls.
  • Draft and distribute emails, letters, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files and records.
  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
  • Serve as a medium between management, employees, and external parties.
  • Input and manage data using computer software and databases.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Action on hotel booking queries (the candidate should be keen to learn & handle travel booking related queries)
  • 2 Years of work commitment is necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
