Executive Assistant to General Manager

As an experienced candidate with 5-10 years of relative work experience, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager. Your key responsibilities will include managing the GM's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be preparing reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence as needed. Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items will also be part of your role. Handling incoming communications and prioritizing urgent matters will be crucial, along with assisting with strategic planning and project coordination. You will be expected to compile data to support decision-making while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your ability to stay calm and composed under pressure will be essential for this role.
