Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage GMs calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate communication between GM and internal departments.
Track ongoing tasks, follow-ups, and pending work across all units.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain follow-up action plans.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Act as a key point of contact between GM, employees, clients, and vendors.
Monitor production (assembly & moulding), collect MIS reports, and ensure updates on hourly output and rejection reports.
Regular visits to Assembly, Moulding, Automation, Tool Room, and Maintenance departments.
Track manpower needs with HR and monitor shift registers for status updates.
Verify bills and purchase orders; follow up with PPC on deliveries and MDNs.
Coordinate with Sales for product changes and artwork updates.
Track expenses and prepare regular reports.
Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
Supervise incoming/outgoing mail and clerical staff.
Collect feedback from customers for service improvements.
Send reminders to vendors for balance payments.
Conduct multiple plant rounds daily to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
