Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling for the Founder/CEO
  • Handle calls, emails, presentations, and document preparation
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel plans and logistics
  • Organize and support internal/external meetings including agendas and minutes
  • Follow up on action items post-meetings
  • Assist in managing key projects and deadlines
  • Conduct research and prepare reports/briefs
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support in office administration, event planning, and team coordination

Candidate Profile:

  • 36 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
