Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder & Director

Location: Charoda, Bhilai (with travel coordination)
Reporting To: Founder & Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to 50,000 per month

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring seamless execution across business operations, strategic initiatives, leadership responsibilities, and personal brand commitments. This role requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.

This is not a conventional administrative role. The EA is expected to anticipate needs, safeguard the Founder’s time, and enable scale across multiple ventures.

Core Responsibilities1. Founder & Leadership Support

  • End-to-end calendar management covering business meetings, investor calls, industry body commitments (CREDAI, Yi), travel, site visits, and events
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Founder’s time and priorities
  • Prepare daily and weekly agendas with clearly defined objectives
  • Track, follow up, and ensure closure of action items from meetings

2. Business Operations & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
  • Track projects across real estate developments, commercial assets, and allied ventures
  • Maintain structured records including MOMs, approvals, deliverables, and project status trackers

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft, review, and manage professional communication on behalf of the Founder
  • Liaise with senior industry stakeholders, associations, and leadership forums
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the Founder’s tone, authority, and intent

4. Event, Travel & Public Engagement Coordination

  • Manage logistics for industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements
  • Handle end-to-end travel planning, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries
  • Ensure smooth execution with strict time efficiency

5. Brand, Personal Office & Confidential Matters

  • Support the Founder’s personal brand initiatives and public presence timelines
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Assist with selective personal tasks that directly impact professional effectiveness

Required Skills & Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Senior PA
  • Exposure to real estate, entrepreneurship, consulting, or family business environments preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills

Compensation
