Job Description: As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve acting as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Your responsibilities will include organising meetings, managing information flow efficiently, handling correspondence directed to managers, making travel arrangements, and preparing detailed travel itineraries. Additionally, you will be required to take dictation, write minutes, produce reports and presentations, and maintain the current filing and database system while seeking ways to enhance existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. - Organise meetings and book meeting rooms. - Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. - Handle correspondence directed to managers. - Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel itineraries. - Take dictation, write minutes, and transcribe them subsequently. - Produce reports and presentations. - Maintain the current filing and database system, and explore opportunities for system improvements. Qualifications Required: - Great verbal and written communication skills. - PC literacy, especially in MS Office. - Excellent time management skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. - Well-developed organisational skills. - Professional discretion. - Attention to detail. - Good problem-solving skills. Experience Details: - Total Experience: 2-3 years - Preferred Industry/Company: Construction - Relevant Experience: 2 years Education Details: - Graduation/Post Graduation in Diploma (Civil), B.E./B.Tech (Civil), MBA preferred.
