Executive Assistant to Director

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director (Female)

Location: Citrine Clinic, Sector 15, Gurgaon

Reporting To: Clinic Director (Skin & Hair Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and proactive Female Executive Assistant to support our Clinic Director in daily operations and patient coordination. The ideal candidate should be presentable, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including calendar management and OPD appointments

Coordinate with patients, staff, and vendors professionally

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups

Assist during consultations and maintain confidentiality

Ensure smooth communication between Director and clinic team

Prepare brief reports, meeting notes, and timely reminders

Requirements:

MBA from a reputed or premium institute with good command of English and Hindi

Strong calendar and time-management skills

Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setup is a plus

Female candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
