About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day priorities, ensuring seamless coordination across leadership and operations. The ideal candidate is excellent at follow-ups, communication, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively follow up with the CEO, Directors, and internal teams to ensure timely action on tasks.2. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth execution.3. Manage CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily agenda.4. Draft, review, and respond to messages and emails on behalf of the CEO.5. Track operational tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.7. Act as the CEO’s right hand—anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
Ideal Candidate:
1. 2–5 years of experience as an EA/PA or in a similar coordination role.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.3. Excellent written and verbal communication (English + Hindi preferred).4. Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).5. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,051.00 - ₹35,947.42 per month
