Job Description: Executive Assistant
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 6 - 8 LPA
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
• Track expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with budget management.
• Organize board meetings, offsite, and company events.
• Maintain systems for task tracking, project updates, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and edit correspondence, announcements, and internal communications.
• Represent the executive team with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Support strategic initiatives by conducting research and preparing briefing materials.
• Monitor deadlines, action items, and key deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom).
