Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Business Heads calendar: scheduling internal / external meetings, avoiding conflicts and ensuring time prioritization.
  • Coordinate with the US teams to align cross-time-zone meetings and projects.
  • Organize and prepare materials for key meetings, reviews and business presentations.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing and expense management.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional communication including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Plan, book and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Prepare travel briefs and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, events, or visits.
  • Support the Business Head in strategic initiatives, including preparing reports, dashboards, and timelines.
