Job Description

As an experienced Executive Assistant at our client, one of India's most prominent Private Equity firms, you will play a crucial role in supporting 3 Partners. Your exceptional organizational skills and discretion will be vital in navigating a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Utilize your prior experience in supporting senior executives within financial services, legal, or consulting to act as a strategic partner, enhancing the productivity and time efficiency of the Partners. Your responsibilities will include managing both professional and personal scheduling for the Partners, encompassing calendars, agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other communications. Additionally, you will assist in meeting preparations, such as agenda planning, documentation, logistics, and sharing invites. Maintaining Minutes of Meetings and ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables from stakeholders will be key aspects of your role. Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Partners and preparing presentations and documents will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, a minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience as an Executive Assistant is required. Previous experience in financial services, private equity, venture capital, investment management, or consulting will be advantageous. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential. Your ability to execute administrative activities efficiently, multitask with precision, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization will be critical. Clear, concise, and accurate verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the capacity to uphold professionalism and strict confidentiality. Your strong partnering, rapport-building, and relationship management abilities will be key in this role. Balancing teamwork with self-direction and initiative to solve problems and deliver results will be essential. A positive attitude and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position.,
