Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3 Partners. This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience supporting senior executives in financial services, legal, or consulting, and will act as a strategic partner in enabling the Partner's productivity and time efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Partners, including calendars, agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management and other communications. Assist the Partners in meeting preparations; including but not limited to agenda planning, online and offline documentation, logistics, sharing invites etc. Maintain Minutes of Meetings and follow-up on actions/deliverables from all stakeholders. Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Partners Prepare presentations and documents on behalf of the Partners Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience as an Executive Assistant. Experience at a financial services, private equity, venture capital, investment management or consulting firm would be a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc). Efficient execution of administrative activities, multi-tasking with high attention to detail, organization and process. Clear, concise, and accurate verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials. Strong partnering, rapport-building, and relationship management abilities. Ability to balance teamwork with self-direction and initiative to solve problems and deliver results. Positive attitude and capability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be essential to the smooth operation of daily activities; coordinating complex schedules, travel arrangements, meeting preparation and internal communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable with multi-tasking, detail-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership.
