Executive Assistant Manager

We are hiring Executive / Asst Manager - Policy Placements in one of leading insurance broking company in India . 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🎯 Experience: 1-5 years Responsibilities: Demonstrate deep knowledge of insurance products, including EAR, CAR, IAR, Fire, Marine, miscellaneous policies, EB products (GMC, GPA, GTL), and Liability policies. Prepare RFQs to procure quotes from insurers. Prepare and analyse QCRs (Quote comparison reports). Conduct policy audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage operations related to miscellaneous broker activities. Utilize strong MS Office skills to efficiently carry out responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on insurance products and operations. Proficiency in preparing RFQs and QCRs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
