Responsibilities

• Assist in project management and execution.
• Manage personal branding on social media
• Handle financial and accounting matters with discretion.
• Prepare meeting agendas and provide needed background information to executives.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and vendors.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
