Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
Serve as the single point of contact for all coordination and communication.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the Founder’s time is effectively prioritized.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Track ongoing projects across multiple businesses and ensure deadlines are met.
Support in setting up and managing new business initiatives or pilot projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and partners.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
Draft and manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Founder.
Prepare meeting notes, task trackers, and project updates.
Create business summaries, decks, and briefs as required for decision-making.
Maintain organized digital and physical records for multiple ventures.
Handle basic operational tasks like expense management, vendor payments, and approvals.
Improve workflow efficiency and introduce systems for better project tracking.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic project management tools.
Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities.
