Job Description

The Management Representative will act as the right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, overseeing MIS functions, and supporting high-level approvals and follow- ups. This position requires a smart, articulate, and presentable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of executive business protocols.

1) Executive Support to MD:

- Manage and operate the MDs NWAY ERP account for approvals, monitoring, and reporting.

- Assist in executive decision-making by providing timely and accurate MIS reports.

- Serve as the communication bridge between the MD and government departments.

2) MIS & Data Management:

- Maintain up-to-date Management Information Systems and dashboards.

- Generate actionable reports and summaries for review and planning.

- Monitor departmental progress and flag deviations to the MD.

3) Interdepartmental Coordination:

- Follow up with department heads and team members on directives issued by the MD.

- Ensure timely responses and updates for all high-level follow-up actions.

4) Representation & Conduct:

- Represent the MD and company professionally in all internal and external interactions.

- Uphold high standards of manners, etiquette, and corporate behavior.

- Maintain a polished and well-groomed presence at all times.
