Role: EA to Director

Employment: Permanent

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: Fresher

Responsibility:

• Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minutes.
• Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Support office administrative tasks and oversee office supplies or logistics as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary: 18,000 Per Month (Negotiable)
