Position: Asst Manager - HR Operation Education: Graduate Experience : 3+ Years in Staffing Industry Job Responsibility: Complete compliance as per the Client's requirements and compliance process cycle. Collect Recruitment bill from Vendors and check as per agreement & process for payment. Maintain attendance register, Leave tracker in Excel and process Payroll. Initiate and complete all Challan generation like PF, ESI, P.Tax etc. timely and filing returns. Maintain record for Audit purpose.
