Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced candidate with 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for efficiently managing time, scheduling, and calendaring tasks. Your role will involve coordinating and organizing meetings with various organizations, handling responses through calls, emails, and social media. Additionally, you will be required to manage travel arrangements, ensure timely and accurate flow of information, and oversee document management. You will act as a bridge between the managing director and employees for work-related queries, as well as prepare documentation for reimbursement and other tasks related to the MD. Key Responsibilities: - Time Management, Scheduling, Calendaring - Coordination and managing meetings with different organizations - Response Management (Calls, Emails, Social Media) - Travel Coordination and arrangements - Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner - Documents management - Acting as a bridge between the managing director and employees for work-related queries - Preparing documentation for reimbursement and other tasks related to the MD Qualifications Required: - Graduate/ Post-Graduate in any field - Good report writing & Advanced Excel skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask effectively - Prior experience as an individual coordinator will be beneficial Additional Details: The company is focused on providing a wide range of services including accounting and bookkeeping support, valuation and business advisory, tax & compliance management, as well as talent management solutions.
