Our products are sold through Shopify, Amazon, and major retail platforms, and we’re expanding fast across Australia.

We’re now looking for a dedicated and sharp Remote Assistant from India to support daily business operations, handle orders, and work closely with our founder on execution.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily orders from Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.

• Communicate with couriers and ensure timely dispatch and tracking.

• Handle customer inquiries and manage returns/exchanges.

• Update product listings, SKUs, and inventory data.

• Maintain Google Sheets for sales and logistics tracking.

• Send professional emails to suppliers and retail partners.

• Coordinate with interns and part-time staff for assigned tasks.

• Prepare short daily reports for the founder.

Who You Are

• Strong communication skills in English (written + spoken).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Prior experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred.

• Skilled with Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic Excel.

• Reliable, disciplined, and eager to grow with a fast-scaling brand.

• Laptop + stable internet connection required.

Work Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 8-9 hours/day (preferably 6 AM – 4PM IST)

• Reports directly to the founder
