Job Responsibilities:
• All admin related activities including travel desk management and clerical tasks
• Calendar management of Director
• Taking care for office supplies and coordinating with vendors
• Providing assistance to Director/ HOD
• Preparing reports as and when required
Experience 2 to 8 years
Education Any Graduate
Skills Required -
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of travel booking
• Good in English communication skills (Read, Write and Speak)
