Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling confidential information. The role requires preparation of expense reports, providing high-level executive support, and coordinating communications. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will perform various administrative duties to enhance operational efficiency and enable effective decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organization, and handling daily operations.
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong Executive Support skills for managing calendars, meetings, confidential information, and executive-level correspondence.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities to support executive-level operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment; advanced proficiency in office management software tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Economics.
