Job Title: Executive Assistant to CMD

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Reports To: Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)
Department: Executive Management

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) will support the Managing Director (MD) by managing schedules, communications, meetings, and travel. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Calendar & Time Management:

· Organize and maintain the MD’s schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, strategic tasks, and travel.

· Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Ø Communication & Correspondence:

· Manage incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the MD.

· Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, and presentations.

Ø Meeting Coordination:

· Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

· Attend meetings when needed to take minutes and track action items.

Ø Travel & Logistics:

· Organize complex domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

· Prepare travel briefs and ensure smooth execution.

Ø Confidential Support:

· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Ø Project Assistance:

· Track and follow up on key projects and initiatives.

· Conduct basic research and prepare background materials.

Ø Stakeholder Liaison:

· Serve as a point of contact between the MD and senior leadership, clients, board members, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in administrative support role, preferably within a corporate or senior leadership environment.

Skills & Competency:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong ability to manage calendar systems and email platforms.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
