Job Description

Looking for a motivated and experienced professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - AR in Trichy, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and patients.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reports.
Identify and address areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
