Designation Executive Educational Qualification : MBA in Operation Experience 3 to 4 years of experiences Location : Guwahati Key Responsibilities: Supervise & coordinate for smooth EPOD completion through Super Procure. UAT initiation for Phase 2. Supervise the all 9 depot operation through Super Procure and ensure all process are being followed. Provide training to all depot team members to adopt the super procure app. Monitor all process of Procurement planning with support of distribution manager. Monitor Load creation/ transporter allotment, Monitor Contract Management with support of Supply chain managers. Coordinate with transport managers to follow the super procure process with support of concern SCM. Supervise the depot staff and ensure 100% Tracking. Ensure depot staffs are giving proper training to drivers about the Driver App. Coordinate with transport managers to provide necessary training. Monitor the EPOD adoption of secondary dispatches. Raise the tickets to resolve the issues which will arise during the operation and ensure it is resolve. Highlight the issues to digital team in case not resolved within the SLA.
