Job Description

The Executive: Administration at Ably Soft will undertake various administrative responsibilities concerning office operations, including overseeing housekeeping and managing office equipment. The role encompasses coordinating and supporting the administrative functions within the organization. Office Administration and Housekeeping Team: The Executive: Administration will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office premises. They will conduct regular inspections and approve housekeeping supply requests to ensure timely restocking and upkeep. Document and File Management: They will develop, maintain, and organize administrative files to ensure all necessary documents are current and easily accessible when needed. Vendor & Supplier Management: Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers will be crucial to ensure smooth operations and timely procurement of essential office supplies and services. Office Equipment & Facilities Maintenance: The Executive will oversee the functionality and upkeep of office equipment and facilities, arranging for repairs or replacements as required to ensure a conducive working environment. General Support: Providing general administrative assistance to HR, Admin, and other departments as necessary to facilitate seamless daily operations across the organization. Inventory Management: The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining records of office devices, stationery, books, and medicines, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Seating Plan Management: Maintaining a seating plan document for all employees and communicating seating changes promptly through email to ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess 1-4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and be located in Mohali, Punjab. The salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience, with a minimum of 10 working hours per day and 2 working Saturdays per calendar month. The role requires the ability to handle pressure, be a smart worker, have prior admin experience, proficient in MS Office, and exhibit strong teamwork, dedication, and time management skills.,
