Manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, and coordination activities. 2. Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and record management. 3. Manage AMCs for office equipment, IT systems, utilities, and facility services; track renewals, service visits, and vendor performance. 4. Coordinate with vendors, oversee office supplies, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and visitor handling. 5. Assist HR with tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding coordination, and staff communication.Ensure smooth functioning of office processesand adherence to company policies. Open to candidates from all backgrounds; strong MS Office proficiency and good communication skills are essential.
