Job Description

Job Title

Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices as per company policy.
Ensure invoices are supported with proper documentation (POs, delivery challans, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Track outstanding invoices and follow up regularly with customers for payment.
Send payment reminders via email and calls, ensuring timely collection.
Maintain a daily tracker of pending and received payments.
Escalate overdue accounts and support management in collection actions.
Update and reconcile customer ledgers regularly.
Prepare AR ageing reports and highlight long-pending receivables.
Record and verify payment receipts in the accounting system.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams for payment-related issues.
Communicate courteously and professionally with clients regarding dues and discrepancies.
Support management with cash flow forecasting and collection targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable process and credit control.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Good command of Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / ERP).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
14 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections role.
Experience in B2B client handling preferred
