Our client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as Sr. Forecasting Analyst This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is the world s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail e-commerce sites, and corporate branded sites. Job Position : Executive Accounts Payable Office Timing: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM Weekdays: 5 days Location : Shivaji Nagar, Pune Experience Minimum 2 years Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for entering suppliers invoices, reviewing appropriate documentation and coding prior to entry, through 3-way-matching, manual, or import processes. Execute periodic credit card and bank account reconciliation. Assisting AP Manager and AP Director as needed Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors through timely invoice processing, reviewing statements, and reconciling accounts Maintain accurate records and control reports Responsible for recording the monthly accruals Assist during audits Qualifications , Experience and Skills: At least 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in Accounts Payable), Bachelor s degree. Understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software Strong excel skills (intermediate or above) Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
