Role Summary

Executive Account Manager / Client Lead


Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and manage

    key brand accounts

    as the primary client contact
  • Translate brand briefs into

    influencer-led, content-driven campaign strategies

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying

    upsell, cross-sell, and long-term growth opportunities

  • Lead presentations, campaign pitches, and strategic reviews with senior stakeholders


Influencer & Campaign Management

  • Plan and oversee

    influencer marketing campaigns

    across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Work with influencer sourcing, creators, and talent managers to ensure

    right-fit collaborations

  • Supervise campaign execution end-to-end: briefs, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines, KPIs, and performance benchmarks


Internal Team & Operations

  • Coordinate with

    creative, content, influencer, media, and operations teams

  • Drive process efficiencies to improve turnaround time and delivery quality
  • Work with Senior account managers or executives when required


Business Growth & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through

    new formats, platforms, or influencer solutions

  • Track campaign performance and present

    actionable insights and reports

  • Support new business pitches with strategic inputs and case studies



Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in

    Account Management / Client Servicing / Brand or Influencer Marketing

  • Proven experience working with

    global brands

  • Strong understanding of

    branding, digital campaigns, and influencer ecosystems

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage

    multiple campaigns and high-value clients simultaneously

  • Commercial mindset with experience in revenue growth, pitching, and retainers
