Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: Degree / B.Tech / MBA
  
• Experience: Fresher or 2–3 years
  
• Languages: English / Hindi
  

Key Responsibilities:

• School calling, RT processing & notice dispatching
  
• Sales calling and conducting conference calls
  
• Returns adjustment & order processing
  
• Customer relationship management
  
• Working on Maths, Excel & Google Sheets
  
• Handling emails with proper etiquette
  

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & email writing skills
  
• Problem-solving attitude
  
• Time management & ability to work under pressure
  
• Quick learner with enthusiasm
  

• Shift Timing:

   9 AM – 6 PM (Flexible between 8 AM – 7 PM)

 Open Positions   Collection Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for schools
  
• Handle queries related to Digital Classes, IFPs & Books
  
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting support
  
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Technical teams
  
• Assist in onboarding and training school staff
  
• Maintain records and update ticketing systems
  

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
  
• Basic technical knowledge preferred
  
• Experience in EdTech or school support is an advantage
  
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  

 Salary Structure

• Full-Time Role:

   15,000 – 17,000 per month

• Internship:

   15,000 per month
